This web page is for the Indian Springs ARB in Earlysville, Virginia. (Every year we get one or more inquiries from folks about other neighborhoods named Indian Springs). The Indian Springs Architectural Review Board (ARB) is responsible for regulating the design and appearance of the neighborhood in such a manner as to preserve and enhance property values and to maintain harmonious relationships among structures and the natural vegetation and topography. The ARB is appointed by the Board of Directors and is under the Board’s supervision. The ARB duties and community standards are outlined in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs). The main points for ARB action revolve around Article VII (Architectural Control) and VIII (Restrictive Covenants) in the CCRs. The ARB Principles, Procedures and Purview document details how and why the ARB acts.Most requests to the ARB fall into one of three categories.
