The Indian Springs Architectural Reveiw Board (ARB) is responsible for regulating the design and appearance of the neighborhood in such a manner as to preserve and enhance property values and to maintain harmonious relationships among structures and the natural vegetation and topography.   The ARB is appointed by the Board and is under the Board’s supervision.

The ARB duties and community standards are outlined in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs).   The main points for ARB action revolve around Article VII (Architectural Control) and VIII (Restrictive Covenants) in the CCRs.

If you are planning any changes to the exterior of your home or to your landscaping, please check the CCRs, and contact the Architectural Review Board to share information and request approval before moving forward. The Construction Checklist must be completed and submitted to the ARB before construction begins.

To communicate with the Architectural Review Board, please use the email address arb@indianspringshoa.net, which will reach all members of the ARB.
